I tried it in my coffee and I was pleasantly surprised, but it did have a weird flavor I’ve never had before. Almost similar to aspartame but not as strong. I think this might work well in other applications and if I used it for beverages I’d get one that’s flavored!

So I took a small Swig of the product directly and it tasted moldy to me. Maybe I got the bad batch or maybe my taste buds just aren't Suited for this kind of additive.
