I used to spit but now I just swallow
I LOVE this mouthwash and that fact that it doesn't contain chemicals like fluoride.

This mouthwash is a great way to keep your mouth fresh and clean. It has a nice cinnamon flavor that makes it pleasant to use. With xylitol, it helps reduce plaque and supports dental health. You can enjoy a cleaner feeling in your mouth without the harsh chemicals found in some other mouthwashes.

Great for Sensitive Teeth!
This NOW Xyli-White Cinnafresh Mouthwash is my new Favorite Mouthwash mainly for it's clean yummy taste and breath freshening properties! My teeth are extremely sensitive to whitening mouthwashes yet I have no sensitivity to this whitening mouthwash. I will never use grocery store mouthwash again. Love it and will purchase again.
