COACH Gold Plated Heart Huggie Drop Earrings

I am dismayed by the rapid deterioration of these earrings and the subsequent lack of brand accountability from Coach. I purchased the Gold Plated Heart Huggie Drop Earrings from Macy’s, and within less than 30 days, the gold plating began to tarnish and peel. Despite reaching out to Coach immediately, I was informed that they do not honor their quality guarantee for items purchased through authorized retailers after 30 days. For a luxury brand, this policy is highly disappointing. I recommend that fellow consumers save their money and invest in brands that provide quality and a consistent warranty.
