However, the main issue I encountered was with the listing and packaging accuracy. The company sent two different sized pouches, both sold under a single product listing that did not include any dimensions. This made it unclear which size would be received or which devices each size was meant to accommodate. Additionally, both product boxes state that the pouch “fits any smartphone,” which is misleading. Since the two sizes clearly fit different phones, this claim is not accurate and could result in customers receiving a pouch that does not properly fit their device. While the product itself works well, the lack of clear sizing information and inaccurate packaging claims make the buying experience confusing and could be considered false or misleading advertising.

I used it on a recent vacation . We went to a waterpark and it worked as describe. So happy I made this purchase.

Works great but I couldn't use the functions on my phone because my phone was too big for the case

I love it! It is neccessary as I do water aerobics and have a handicapped husband who walks the track while I am in the pool. Keeps me sane as I don't have to worry that he won't be able to contact me if there is an issue.

I was very disappointed with Waterproof Phone Pouch by: CASE . MATE. It was not what I expected and I was super disappointed because it is extremely cumbersome and I tried to return it for a refund on the Case.Mate app, however, apparently no one from CASE . MATE is responding! Don’t get scammed like I did!!

Very needed. I use to go to the beach very often and this is a game changed. Love it. Very practical and cute.
