nasty service

really strange service to thoroughly refurbish and to sell for a quarter of a price. additionally the store pick up is not available no more. nonody can say a word or try to return a smelly box. what a total and monetary harassment and a possible steal.

I am glad I went up one size. I love these boots feels like a sneaker and warm. If you have med not wide feet they will work for you. Very easy to put on and remove.

Top of shoe doesn’t close well

The top of the shoe was very open and didn’t close very well and would allow snow to fall into the shoe. I returned them.
