Great multivitamin! Needs lots of liquid to digest, but minimal bloat and doesn’t make me nauseous. One of the best supplements for women.

This is a great supplement to my everyday diet. It’s also supported my nails growing back strong again. I take it first thing in the morning with a full glass of water and don’t experience an upset stomach.
