I’ve had time to try it out in our new pool and it works great. We have a 13,000 gallon pool and this is more than sufficient for it.

This saltwater system has helped me in maintaining and keeping my above ground pool crystal clear. It has helped me save a little time from having to clean my pool all the time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately it is wintertime in the rocky mountains so I can’t test this right now, but it looks super efficient and worth the price tag. It was shipped in a sturdy box with lots of supporting materials. The tubing and plastic is durable and well made. The specifications also show that it can be used versatilely in many different sized pools. I plan to update my review when we can actually set it up in summertime, but so far this looks amazing! Also it has a two year limited warranty from Intex.

It makes your skin feel amazing. So much easier than chlorine! My daughter always has itchy burning eyes with chlorine, we hate the smell and the way it makes our skin feel. This is a great item, and it is made for above ground pools, and uses salt to clear your pool water. To the filter water you simply add salt, then you simply connect to your filter pump with included hose on this device! The rest is automatic; the de solved salt molecules passes through the electric cells, where they get split and turn into chlorine as chlorine tends to kill bacteria, then the system with this machine, reverts back the chlorine into salt, leaving your above ground swimming pool water fresh and clean. This machine also has easy and simple digital control and timer for easy scheduling. We instantly put this machine into work. What I saw and noticed was the clarity of the water inside the pool! A++++
