The vitamin a day is great. The email a day is not.

I found them to be very good; I feel a significant difference in my health and energy.

I feel more energized compared to the men one a day multivitamin i was taking that was not formulated for men over 40. I also take the megafood vitamin d and magnesium.

The best all natural vitamins that I've tried and will continue to use.

These vitamins were purchased for my son, age 47. He likes them better than another brand he recently tried. He plans on reordering them again.

I took this product every day for a month. ive had experience with multivitamins in the past i like that you can take this vitamin anytime of day without food and its made with whole food ingredients .it gave me a decent amount of energy. but not enough compared to my usual multi. I only rated 3 stars because the original multivitamin i take far exceeded this one. it has higher levels of everything. so I will continue to stick with my original brand.
