I find the plastic case sturdy but slippery under certain circumstances. The case did hold up each time i dropped the phone

I've been using this model for years on several different phones. No damage to phones after several big drops. This one seems even easier to put on and take off to clean.

I have used Otter Box for all of my phones for past 15 years. Always loved the protection and durability of your product. However this Galaxy A36 5G case sucks. I had it on my NEW PHONE for a week,, and i dropped my phone off a low patio table and the screen shattered.

The OtterBox that I received makes it impossible to charge the phone. I would like to know how to be reimbursed or how to return this useless OtterBox

I've had this phone case for about a month and after dropping it several times on various hard surfaces from a variety of heights (none on purpose), I can say this is a quality phone case. It's not my first Otterbox purchase and it won't be my last.

To slick old otter box was a little more rubbery and wouldn't slide all over. this is to hard of plastic and won't stay put

Great case, I think my phone is well protected. I don't usually buy plain cases but I added stickers to this and they stick well. The plastic part can be a little tricky to fit over the silicone. I would recommend having small pointy object nearby in case the plastic part gets stuck on the silicone.
