Ordered a NEW YORK YANKEES shirt
I have no idea how I ended up with a Philadelphia Phillies shirt when I ordered a New York Yankees shirt. I never even visited this product page. Alerted customer service within minutes when I saw the confirmation email and said there's a glitch. The advice was ridiculous - refuse the package or re-order the one I really ordered (who knows if the glitch would have sent me this one again instead), pay for shipping and then call back to be reimbursed. But, of course, I have to go through the trouble of returning this item that I never ordered but was charged for in the process. UNACCEPTABLE.
