They changed the formula when they were out of stock a few years ago. This had great reviews but also they HAD a great product. Current product has less fish oil, less folate, no GLA, no Borage oil, less Chromium.....so basically all the stuff that made it better product are not there anymore
Best value for methalated folate I could find. Easy to take and dont make me nauseous.

Great micronutrition profiles but does have a fishy taste. I like that it's only 3 capsules as opposed to some prenatals being >5 capsules. I don't think I would have been able to stomach this in 1st trimester based off taste.
