I bought 3 of these from a store and am VERY disappointed! I was hesitant to buy them at all because I immediately noticed the style and fabric were different, but purchased them anyways because I really needed some new underwear. After 1 full workday, I can honestly say these are awful if you have even a slightly physically demanding job. First, the fabric is NOT breathable and the new design of the waistband gave me a ring of sweat rash around my waist. The fabric is soft, but extremely flimsy. I can't imagine it lasting more than a few wears before getting a whole somewhere. Next, the cut of the butt is more between a brief and a cheeky. Absolutely NO WAY this is a boyshort. It kept riding up and giving me wedgies all day long. Last, (although this is an easy fix), the "charm" they decided to slap on it kept getting caught in my pants' zipper. I finally just cut the thing off on a break. All in all, this is a huge decline in quality and comfort compared to the classic, cotton boyshort I've been wearing for years. I sincerely hope they bring that design back, because I will not be purchasing this design again.

I couldn't agree more with all of the 1 ☆ reviews. These new boyshorts are horrible and I haven't and will not buy them. Wake up Maidenform. Why ruin a good product? And, what's up with not offering the color White? You really made a big mistake. Listen to your customers, not the people who suggested and decided this. Make them wear the underwear first before you put it on the market.

To be fair, they're soft and the fabric is cool like cotton. However, these ride up like crazy! They claim to be ''full coverage'' in the seat; not even close. The gusset is tiny and too far back to be useful and for some reason isn't sewn in so the seam rubs. So uncomfortable!
I used to buy the Maidenform Dreamshorts but can’t find them anymore so I’m assuming they were discontinued. I bought these as well as the microfiber ones instead and I have to tell you I am extremely disappointed. They do have decent stretch but are all made with flimsy fabrics that ride up and don’t stay in place. I can’t see where the „new and improved” could possibly be in either of these products. I wish they would bring back the original product because I will not purchase any more of these.
I was a little disappointing when I received the product. I was expecting the great quality in the boy shorts that I’ve been buying over the years, but I’m concerned that these will not hold up and last the way my previous ones have.
