I wanted to like this but it made everybody in the family sick with G.I. distress. In addition, upon opening the bag, the powder flies everywhere and is nearly impossible to contain while using.
This is a sub for confectioners sugar. I used it to make buttercream icing. It turned out well, but it isn't as "fluffy" as sugar.
