Helps me to retain muscle mass, which I have difficulty with due to health issues. If you are healthy and relatively young, this won't do much for you. The taste is rather bad (almost like plastic), which is my reason for deducting a star. I've previously used Bulk Supplements HMB which didn't have much of a taste at all and might go back to that.
It works if you work out and have proper nutrition. Otherwise dont mess with it because you will notice NOTHING
I have been taking it regularly for about 3 weeks and will soon finish it. I notice no significant benefits.
