Damaged in shipping could have been prevented!
Bracelet was shipped in a plastic baggie and mangled /damaged. Should have shipped in a box to prevent the damage. Out of stock item could not be exchanged for another one. Very disappointed!!!!! This was a Christmas gift that couldn’t be gifted.
