So I ordered the Alfani button up shirt and picked it up from Macy’s. However, the shirt that was provided for me was used very wrinkly. The neck part was dirty, and it was just not the kind of shirt I would gift to somebody which that was the purpose of me getting that shirt. I was very disappointed.

I bought two of this shirts and it was delivered to a wrong address and they left it out side a gate that was closed. When I called costumer service they said they can not refund me or resend the item and there is evidence that they left the package out side in the street. Therefore I think I will not order from Macys again they are sending packages with carriers that are not responsible. I have the image of where they left the package. I've been a loyal costumer to Macys for many years.

I bought this shirt for my husband. He really likes the fit & style. It washes well too, no need to iron. Great summer weight material.
