[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who is caffeine sensitive, this BCAA Blast Powder was exactly what I was looking for. 100mg of caffeine is the sweet spot and the added BCAAs have helped so much with my DOMS and overall performance in the gym. I have enjoyed the Tropical Punch flavor and it mixes well with water.

It actually tastes like something I look forward to drinking rather than something I have to force myself to finish, which makes a big difference when you’re using a supplement regularly. It contains 100 mg of caffeine along with BCAAs, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my overall energy and endurance during my workouts since adding it to my routine. I especially like having it before my workouts when I want a little extra boost without an overly strong caffeine hit. The fruit punch flavor was got too strong but not that chalky taste that a lot of powders like this do. I noticed that the 100mg of caffeine, and was enough to get me going, wake up, and have the energy I needed before my workouts. I just add a scoop to water and mix it, so easy. It mixes up well and doesn’t leave a lot that doesn’t dissolve into the liquid.
