Love the colors in this set and the weight of the comforter. It is pretty heavy, so if you don't like that, you might not like this one.

I really liked the look of this set online. I was disappointed that the color did not work well with the wall paint in my room, which is not the fault of the set: it is a nice light blue stripe with hand sewn detail. My issues for returning the set are two: 1, the hand sewn detail looks to me like it will get caught on things and may snag, pulling away from it's original line. 2. The fabric is a pretty loosly woven; many options online now adverise the fabric as VOILE, which is a very loosely woven cotton. I need something that has some durability, that can take various guests who may sit on the bedspread, and lay on it with clothing. I felt it would not hold up to the abuse it might take in my Guest Room situation. It would be fine for someone who will take good care of it and not abuse it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this Clayton comforter set with pillow shams. It is a beautiful blue stripe color! It comes with a king size comforter and two shams and they are thick. This fabric is very good for winter because it is warm and you can sink down in your bed and feel like you are in heaven under this comforter. The stitching is amazing. I havent seen anything quite as good of quality as this set is. I haven't washed it yet to see how it holds up but i imagine with the quality it will hold up fine. It is such a good brand I recommend this for anyone that wants a quality fabric and thick comforter.

It keeps me warm without feeling too heavy and the cotton material is soft which I really like. The blue stripe design looks clean and after washing and drying it still feels good and holds its shape.

I find the quality exceptional and its threads seamless. I did find the pillow shams to be slightly on the larger side as they have a long trim detail, but it doesn’t bother me. Would recommend for anyone looking for a long term bedding set.
