Blue Ice Women's Loose Fit Fleece-Lined Jogger Sweatpants

Im getting ready for the cold weather

I have tried to return/exchange the Blue Ice jogger sweatpants I ordered on July 22 which are too large and I ordered navy blue but received black. I wrote to the seller (Galaxy by Harvic via Macys Marketplace) and requested an exchange to a smaller size and the navy color I wanted, or if that was not possible, a return/refund. On Aug. 10 I submitted the label photos via email they requested. At this point, Aug. 17, I no longer want to exchange the item, I just want a refund. Please advise what I need to do next. NOTE: The instructions to return the item to the seller are not clear and the online response procedure was confusing. I do not have a return address to send the sweatpants back to them. One of the reasons I like purchasing through my local Macy's store is that returns are easy to do. I did not notice when I ordered that this was through an outside seller and returns had to go to them. PS: My last submission on this form disappeared(?) so I don't know if it went through and am starting again.

I purchased Four pants at a great price of 13.99 which was great to use during my cardio rehabilitation workout. Unfortunately, all the packaging was turned open and one of the sweatpants was from a different brand not Blue Ice and very large

The leggings will be very comfortable in the cooler seasons, but are too heavy for warm climates. The waist band is snug, but the rest of the leggings are very comfortable and fit true to size.

I love these fleece sweatpants they fit perfectly and this beautiful olive color is perfect the price is phenomenal Thanks Macys

SWEATPANTS RUNS SMALL NOT TRUE TO SIZE

Love the sweatpants. Love the material, colors, the stretch hem and the fact that it has pockets. Unfortunately will have to return because they run small to size.

Am enjoying my blue ice jogger sweatpants

The sizes fits to small. I returned them to the store.

Love the soft feeling inside. They keep my legs much warmer than my yoga pants for walks in early morning
