Used once so far and seems great. Cooked steak and even though it left a residue in the pan from the meat, I used baking soda to clean up the residue marks. Amazing! And best of all, no seasoning needed!
Heavy duty, beautifully constructed. Works very well on induction. A little heavy but I know it will last the test of time. Quite large but perfect for cooking breakfast for the whole family!
The very BEST cookware I’ve used over 50 years of cooking. I just ordered 2 pans, to complete a set to leave my children. I’ve used cast-iron, professional, unhealthy, nonstick, etc., & all disappoints. STAUB has held up since I got 1st piece free decades ago. Even if I leave it soaking overnight, never rusts, EZ maintenance/cleanup. if only I’ve known then.

The enamel is super high quality. We are pretty rough on our pan and we haven’t had any chips! I can cook pretty much anything I need to in this pan. It is pretty versatile!

The fry pan needed more oil for sautéing than I expected. I thought after the initial use that the sautéing or frying eggs the sticking to the pan would improve but it has not. I don’t know if this is normal. I own other ZWILLING cast iron pots and I have not experienced the sticking.
