Griffonia 5-HTP - Works very well for me when taken with a small carb snack at bedtime. I have gluten intolerance and sometimes don't fully get on with other Solgar tablets but these I'm absolutely fine with, must be one of the fillers/bulking agents. Since trying this, I've repurchased again and am nearly about to buy my 3rd bottle of 30. Would recommend but only if you are low in serotonin of course.
I have tried Solgar 5-HTP a friend has recommended it to me I was having difficulty to sleep I tried 5-HTP and worked I finally managed to sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried the 5 HTP for those days that sleep was a little difficult and it has been effective. Gentle and no side effects. Having said that, I have not used it as a long term remedy.
Does anyone have any advice? These supplements worked brilliantly for a few weeks to treat my insomnia and I was ecstatic thinking at last I had found something that worked... but then they stopped being effective and I am back to my difficulty and falling and staying asleep.
Got these to try help my insomnia & quality of sleep. I've tried Magnesium, unsuccessfully & cbd oil, but these supplements are much better for me & I am repeat ordering them now. Just hope they continue being effective as good sleep is life changing!
I have looked long and far for supplements without sugar and starches and after finding solgar i will definitely stick with them!
