I received this skirt as an obvious return from previous person... perhaps twice. the skirt was wrinkled and tags missing. i had to return even though my 29 in waist went well with size medium
i thought i was getting a red and black skirt as the picture shows. this skirt has A LOT of green in it. Its mostly red and green and has blue and other colors in it. Its also frumpy looking
