I like that you only have to take one a day and that there’s 60 capsules in the bottle so it’ll last you 2 months.

Dosage is simple and there’s no strange odor or lingering taste with Havasu DHEA that I found with other products, and it has fit seamlessly into my daily supplement routine with no ill side effects.

The bottle is well made and has all the information you need about the supplements. I love how well everything is thought out about the formula and all the properties it has on your body. Biotin and DHEA are vital for women (check with your doctor first) and I like that both are combined in one capsule per day. The packaging is great, there is no smell, and the capsules are easy to take. I rated 4 stars since there isn’t a way to assess the benefits at this time, but this fits the bill if you are looking for this type of supplementation!
