THESE are true luxury towels!
They are an ideal size and truly absorbent. I've washed and dried them multiple times already. I'm glad I tood the time to read reviews. Count mine a true 5-star rating.

Fluffy but shred
After the first wash the towels started to shred.. They were fluffy and soft after but the towels shredded and looked old. Not happy

Awful customer service
I only received 3 out of 4 towels. Not only did I not have a gift for Mother's Day the process of returning them has been challenging. Basically made no effort to make me whole. I now have to repackage it and spend my time going to a UPS store to return when this wasn't my fault. Apparently I can also return it at a Macy's store but this was never provided as an option?

Egyptian Cotton Bath Towel set of 4
Washed 2 of the towels before using. Noticed black lint on my deodorant stick so I washed them again. Same thing. Only used one of the towels twice. Not very happy.
