Thin cheap towels

Don’t waste your money!
I really wanted to love these but don’t waste your money. Comparing these towels to my Company Store Egyptian cotton towels was a joke! First, these towels arrived paper thin. The packaging says Egyptian Cotton but then elsewhere says produced in India! No mention of long-staple or high twist yarns on the packaging. When I opened the package they seemed skimpy so I took a chance and washed them hoping for a miracle. NO WAY are these 500 gsm. These towels appear almost sheer!! Keep scrolling if you value quality. Macy’s apparently has embraced selling fake products since I can’t even upload any images to support my zero star review. So disappointing!

I read Egyptian cotton and assumed I’d get soft plush towels. Instead these were very rough and felt very cheap.
