I keep receiving emails that don't make any sense. Out for delivery, the driver couldn't deliver, not out for delivery yet, expected due dates pushed out for many days, etc. I bought TWO shirts with both being delivered separately. BOTH are not delivered. It is hard to believe Macy's operates like this. Either the shirt is being delivered or it isn't. Why can't Macy's get this straightened out?
I did not receive my purchase via UPS. Macy site states my purchase was delivered.
