Thick padding
There is a thick padding in the back of the shoe which takes from the room for my foot. I had to return them because they ended up being too small due to the padding. Very cute shoe tho.

Quality issues upon delivery
I recently received these shoes and was excited to try them, but I was disappointed with the condition they arrived in. The inner back part of the shoe (the heel area) was dirty and had a black residue that looked like glue. This made them look used or poorly handled before shipping. Overall, the design is nice, but the quality control and cleanliness need improvement. I expected a new product to arrive in perfect condition
