The dry down is pretty nice but that initial spray knocks me out. I believe this one has staying power but upon spraying it there’s a strong essence of fresh veggies/greenery, reminds me of Kale/Asparagus straight from the earth. I’d recommend you trying the sample first or giving it a try at the store before buying the full bottle like me. This was a blind buy - learned my lesson.

I love trying out new perfumes and always in search of another, different scent to add to my collection, so I was excited to try out the Balmain Vent Vert Eau De Parfum sample. As other reviews state, it's a strong floral scent and definitely unusual from most scent profiles I normally wear. I didn't mind the scent, but it was a little sharp/overwhelming when I first sprayed it on but after some time the scent became more mild. I received this product for free from Balmain for testing and review purposes. At first spray I was not happy with the scent. It was too overpowering with the musk and no jasmine. Once it dried down I gave it a second chance and the jasmine came through. The floral scent is light and airy and does not seem fake or like and air freshener and overly sweet. This smelled like real flowers and hint of earthy warmth.
I received this product for free for review and testing it is such an interesting scent! I love that it does not burn my neck off and it actually has a few scents. When you spray it when it dries and after.it is really loud and right and seemed to last and last .if you don't like it you won't want to spray on your skin because it will stay there forever . It does have a great scent throw and really won't fade but you will be smelled acreoss the room. It's a fruity creamy scent that has a good fruity part to it as well.this was not my favorite but was not the worst ever. You really are gonna wanttosmellthis and not blind buy because it is a very different scent. Smell expensive and can be used day or night. But not burning my neck off is big for me!

This scent has a strong jasmine scent. If you're into florals you will enjoy this. I wish the green scent would shine through a bit more. It was long lasting and a little goes a long way. I received a small sample size from balmain for review and testing purposes.
This scent was really strong at the beginning. The smell of the Jasmine stood out the most to me. I had to adjust how much I used and kind of pat it so it wasn't so strong for me. However, my boyfriend said the strength of the smell didn't bother him. This scent is more of an acquired scent.

When you first spray it, it's very very strong. At first I was worried it was TOO strong, but it evens out within 10-15 minutes and lasts for hours!
