Viking Pure Glide Stainless Steel 3-Quart Saucepan

I purchased this 3 Qt. saucepan yesterday, so I could have a new non-stick pot to make a spicy bolognese sauce to serve over penne to guests. I am so glad I did! The sauce came out wonderful and the pot was so easy to clean. Throwing out the old one! I will get the smaller saucepan too!

Cleaning is a breeze as nothing sticks to this pan. I like the long handle and that it comes with a lid. It has held up beautifully to daily use and the dishwasher. I'm really happy with this brand.

Heat distribution is excellent; everything cooks evenly and I haven’t noticed any hot spots. Cleaning is also super easy — food slides off effortlessly, and it looks just as good after multiple uses as it did right out of the box. My only hesitation is around the “non-stick” surface. It works beautifully, but I’m always a bit cautious about what materials are used and how they hold up over time. I also noticed that it’s not meant for high heat cooking, which limits its versatility slightly. That said, for most everyday cooking — sauces, soups, reheating, and simmering — it performs wonderfully. Overall, it’s a sleek, efficient pan that makes cooking and cleanup a breeze.
