Viking Pure Glide Stainless Steel 12" Fry Pan

I have a 10" and now a 12" as we gave the former a decent try before trying the next. We do love how it performs esp. in the beginning. We didn't use cooking spray but did use ghee and other oils. Once a gooey brown residue makes it's way in, it's pretty hard to get off. I used SOS and baking soda, and could not believe how hard I had to scrub. Stainless would have been easier to get off. So I looked at the videos and did a "reset", put water in the pan with white vinegar and baking soda to help remove it. It helped but I still had to scrub pretty hard. Bummer because I was so close to truly loving these. They're like a step between non-stick and stainless. My cast iron is easier to deal with than this.

I'm very happy with the pan. Virtually non-stick. Feels solid like it will last for decades. Would like to see a 4 quart saucepan PureGlide. Also a 5 quart or so saucier type pan for one pot cooking.

I’ve used it a couple times and love it! Eggs slide right off. I highly recommend.

Love this pan! Only thing is I wish the handle wasn’t so awkward to hold when hand washing..

I bought this pan for my son’s birthday. He loves it! He’s been looking for a pan that doesn’t stick and will last a long time. I think we found it!

No regrets on this purchase. Heavy duty construction. Food does not stick so it's so easy to clean. I love that it's healthy and chemical free. Looked at other pans. For your money, this is the best investment imo.

A well built sturdy frying pan. Used it for the first time this morning to make pancakes. They were the best pancakes ever. Cooked up evenly, cooked through but light and airy inside with a nice golden outside. Only required a small pat of butter to cook with. Clean up was quick and easy. This pan is going to be my workhorse for everyday use.

Im not one to leave reviews unless im really blown away by something. I am absolutely amazed at how these pans and pots perform. They are non stick right out the box with out the worrie of forever chemicals. They are beautiful. And extremely durable. They broke the cheat code with these lol.

I cook with it the exact same way I cook with my stainless steel pans. I’ve only cooked with it a handful of times. So far, this pan releases much better than any stainless steel I’ve used while still having a good fond left in the pan. Even heat distribution and easy clean up.
