Came with 4 attachments pieces for different massage vibes & they were easy to switch out. It’s not a lot of extra buttons it’s really just straight forward. I had been standing all day so my legs were in pain and this definitely helped. It wasn’t loud but I also feel like it could’ve been a little more powerful. Overall it did what it needed to do
