Schmidt Brothers Evolution 3-Pc. Knife Set

These were a gift and cannot wait to use them. They are quality made knives.

I Just received them today and have not used them yet.

Received as a wedding gift and as an avid cook with a favorite chefs knife I was eager to try. Worked beautifully for breaking down a chicken and other prep work. The issue came down to washing the knives. Washed and dried by hand but had rust spots pop up on all three knives. Going to try some vinegar and maybe a bit of baking soda before formally retiring them.

I was given a Gridiron Series 3 Piece Knife and Scraper Set for Christmas from my sister. There are tons of options to register my product but I’m not sure if I selected the correct registration.

The if extremely easy to cut with and make cooking much easier.

This is a very one use knife, it’s only good for chopping and dicing fruits and vegetables. Doesn’t get clean cuts on meat or cheese or delicate cuts due to the groves
