Dual Light
As an active person over 55 yo, I value things that aid in recovery. I have a vigorous workout regime and the red light dual light is a welcome addition to my IR sauna blanket, red light belt and etc.

Nice little light
I have only used my red light a few times but so far I really like it. I am hoping it will help with lymphatic flow, inflammation, tendinitis & aging skin :)
