For work, I stand for over 7 hours and these shoes have provided support. The brown compliments the navy perfectly, they offer great arch support and I did size up. Also, the rubber support is great and make it both breathable and versatile. I know you could compliment this with a navy suit or dark wash jeans. This goes with so many outfits.
