Homedics Wakeband Wrist Alarm

I was very excited to purchase this for my mother who has dementia and needs help remembering. The problem is it will not even hold a 24-hour charge. If I put it on her at noon it will not last till the morning. Basically this thing is worthless to me because I was looking for a product that would not make me visit her two times a day. It now sits on the charger and we want nothing to do with it.

Works well takes a little gettin used to with app familiarity but overall a solid choice on the market. Biggest issue is the charging situation. “6 day battery life” is a huge lie. I am going on my third night right now and it is in 20% so each night uses about 40%. Really not a problem just plug it in when u take it off in the morning. But don’t lie to me and have me think I have battery life left. I use it to wake up in the morning, and well it needs to have battery to do that. Just disappointed that they are making that claim love the product now I know what the real battery life is just bothers me that they claim 6 days. Would’ve been a 5 star review if they did not lie to use it as marketing leverage but what do u expect with a drop shipping Ecom company. Buy the course tho right🤨🙄

Item delivered with no charger so can’t use at all

So far I'm not very impressed with this product. I am a very heavy sleeper and had bought this in hopes it would wake me. Unfortunately, it has not. I don't blame that on the Wakeband, and is not the reason for the two star review. It does offer a range of vibration strengths and rhythms that I do think would work for most people. My two issues are that the app regularly deletes my set alarms, so it doesn't go off every day and I'm finding myself checking it every night and hoping the alarms will go off. Secondly, regardless of how long I charge it the app always shows 20 percent which means I have no idea what the actual battery percentage is so I just charge it constantly in hopes it will stay charged. Again, when it works it should wake most people up but those technical issues are a real pain.

I like it but the problem is the alarm part doesn't fit properly on my petite wrist.

Writing this review because the "ask a question" button does not work. I would like to know what the colored lights mean on the wakeband. There is a red, blue and green light. What do they mean? My band still has the red light on even though it's been charging for three days. Is there a way to know it's charged fully without using the app?

The durability can last longer, setting up the alarm on its own app is very easy, it's a lightweight band that even looks nice on my wrist and it's adjustable.
