This is my first time ever reviewing a product. I have crazy sensitive teeth and have never found a whitening product that didn't make me miserable''until now. I have completed four applications so far with ZERO tooth sensitivity. My teeth are already markedly whiter. I applied the gel directly to my teeth with a q tip prior to inserting the tray to avoid gum irritation that I saw in some reviews. I have had no problems. I really love this!

Works as designed - not sensative after using but it is a bit messy-Syringes don't really give guidence as to how much of product to use- It does whiten and my teeth are not sensative after and that was my biggest worry

i alrdy tried calling but,… the LED light didn't work even after trying to replace it.. n getting a new one or a refund is complicated/impossible because u need an order number which the package does not provide.. n phone number goes straight to voicemail. WAIST OF MONEY FRL .
