Extremely Disappointed
I purchased this bag. I had it long enough for an eight day cruise. Right before I returned home the handle unraveled. I was so disappointed. The bag was so beautiful to me. I believe it was a sale price and I was not able to return it or I may have missed the deadline. I don’t know but this was the 2nd time this happened to a beautiful bag from Macy’s. The other one the entire silver chain broke. That was the part I fell in love with. Please do better.. I love Macy’s. I don’t want to spend a lot of money on things that do not hold up…
