Towels absorb, are colorfast and durable. Love the softness and thickness. Too bad Hotel Collection doesn't make these in bright beautiful colors. Only colors available are rather drab.

I'm usually the type that will use the same towels for years without a care for color, texture, thread count, etc. But after months of caring for my very sick mother who could only live on ground floor level, I wanted to create a space that she could call her own and brighten her environment with her favorite color: pink. The color, a soft baby pink, is exactly what I wanted for her. This towel is so incredibly soft, which is perfect for her thin fragile skin. It's not too heavy or thick for my frail mother, but still very absorbent, and dries quickly. And thank goodness it survives the washer unlike some other towels I've purchased before. Overall, my mom loves these cute pink soft towels, and she immediately asked if I bought more than one. Oh, I did alright. And I will buy more for myself so I can also feel like a pampered princess.

Just poor quality like all the towels sold in stores nowadays

You sent me the wrong color and duplicated it to white Now I’m inconvenienced to have to go into the store and take them back

I did not receive delivery of this order. I called Macy’s customer service twice and was told I will get a replacement. I never received the replacement.

These towels will definitely hold up to the test of time but also have some pieces flying around if not dried correctly. Enjoy the product and would buy again but was not exactly what I was looking for.
