Macy's Roselyn Reversible Jacquard 14-Pc. Comforter Set, Queen, Created for Macy's

love the set

The comfort set is soft

I am very impressed with this comforter set. It is the prettiest of all the comforters I looked at day. The colors are so soft and muted plus it's irreversible. The sizing of full queen is perfect! I just love it!

I didn't like the quality of the sheets stitching

less than 90 days ago i washed it for the first time and it ripped on the seams in several different spots. Macy’s manager that I was dealing with his name was Will. He refused to give me a full refund and gave me a refund without receipt even though I had my receipt and I had to wait 10 days to get a partial refund. this is some of the saddest customer service I’ve ever gotten. He said he didn’t know who the manufacturer was that I needed to contact and made no effort to contact the person or company that made this product. I have been a customer for a long time and I am very very upset about the way I was treated for an item that was defective enough not to hold up for 90 Days.

This is the most beautiful comfortable bedding. Highest quality. The color was perfect elegant. Snuggle up in the softest comforter.
