I have a slim foot and these are a medium width with an adjustable strap over arch. They have a comfortble, supportive fit and can be worn with pants or a skirt. I purchased them in black and am happy with my purchase.

I ordered 2 pairs of 6/5, my usual size, but they were too big. ordered size 6 and it seems ok. But Shoes stretched out. And if it didn't have a buckle, then the shoes wouldn't stay on. Just not a well-made shoe.
