The pants legs are extremely wide. The length is good and so is the material. But the width of the leg can be at least 4 inches smaller.

I bought these shorts at the beginning of the summer and they are so comfortable! I liked them so much bought a second pair in gray. These shorts were were just what I was looking for. I’m happy I found them.

The threads are falling out

These shorts are very comfortable but, as others noted, the hemline is frayed. I thought it was just someone getting a single bad product, but it's clearly the way they are made. I bought both blue and black and had to return both.

I washed them before wearing and the hem fell out.

I purchased these shorts for a 6-week physical therapy regimen. Washed prior to wearing, in cold water per label instructions, with my dark clothes and the hem promptly fell out. Not just partially and not just one leg, but the complete hem on both legs. Style & Co used to be one of my go-to labels, but quality is obviously diminished. Fortunately, I bought a similar pair from Lands End at the same time, washed those in the same washer load and they came out beautifully. I'll be bypassing the Style & Co label and sticking with Lands End going forward. Too bad I didn't save the labels for these shorts or I would have returned them.

I initially gave a good review for these shorts right out of the bag. After washing them once , on gentle cycle and cold water the hems on both pairs that I bought have frayed. Very disappointing. I previously bought similar shorts with the brand name Karen Scott from Macy's which are fabulous. Couldn't find that brand on the website. If Macy's is going to replace a very good brand like Karen Scott with their own brand they should at least try to replicate the quality of that brand. Don't recommend these shorts.
