Cute Look
The webbing appeared unlined on the inside so caused pain. Returned for that reason. Macy’s shoes appear to be made cheaper even if they carry a well-known name.

Not true to size!
These shoes are definitely not true to size! I have worn this size for many years and I could not even get them on. Very disappointed!!

Heel Broke within a few hours- Stay Away
Very cute shoes, but poor quality. I have never had the heel of a shoe break before within hours of wearing it inside an office. I’m 5’ 5” and 155 lbs. I will be returning these and the company better provide a refund since I’m just past the 30 day return window. I’m Extremely disappointed.
