It is dewy and not too runny. It is easy to put on, not oily at all but i didn't find it too glowy. You would have to put on a lot more product for it to work. I wish it was more pigmented. The Too Faced Born This Way Super Glow in Honey Glow was a great way to even out my complexion in certain ways while adding a lovely glow to my face. I appreciated how the formula truly lasted and gave a luscious glow in and out of sunlight. I feel like there is a decent amount of product in the container as well. I do have skin on the dry and sensitive side, and my skin did feel dry and slightly burned when I used this at times. I have not experienced this with other bronzers and glow products, but it may have just been a flare up. The irritation was nothing terrible at all, and the glow I had was amazing. I recommend this for a nice super glow!
