Mascara Melter Gentle Conditioning Mascara Remover

I bought it a week ago; I think it's very good.

I had high hopes for this. I haven't ever found an eye makeup remover I love and I have been loosing eye lashes lately. This product still requires wiping with a cotton pad and I feel like it doesn't get everything off.

I love the new Lash Melter mascara remover! This stuff is the best product I have ever used for removing mascara and I hope Lancôme never discontinues it. The brush makes the Lash Melter very easy to apply and it quickly melts off my mascara, even on the days I use a waterproof formula. Lash Melter doesn’t sting or irritate my eyes in any way and it doesn’t leave any residue behind on my face or in my eyes. I only wear Lancôme mascara so I don’t know how it does with other brands but I do wear four different Lancôme mascaras and it works great on all of them, even Monsieur Big waterproof.

The first tube of this I got was through Influenster. I loved it so much that I put that tube in my camper and bought another one. It's so affective at removing my mascara, even the waterproof mascara. No burning or stinging. It's not oily and no leftover residue. No tugging or pulling at my lashes to get the mascara off. I love it!

This was my first time using the Lancôme Mascara Melter. Its removal is pretty easy and effective, with excellent efficacy even on long-wearing mascara. I appreciate its gentleness around my eyes, and it leaves very little residue behind, although I did feel I needed to wash my face afterwards. It also feels like great lashcare, leaving my lashes feeling soft and conditioned after use.

This is fantastic! But it's not everything... The formula really does melt your mascara within seconds. It makes your eyelids feel heavy and the mascara starts smearing around your eyes. A cotton pad can effectively and gently remove most of the mascara at this point. But, I use Occusoft pads afterwards to really clean the whole eye area and make sure there is no residue remaining. Eye health is very important so a thorough cleaning at night is important to preventing problems. This mascara melter works best with other Lancome products. It did not work well with Estee Lauder mascara.

This product is actually great and is not a scam (which I originally suspected it was). It removes waterproof mascara well and doesn’t damage lashes. Great product, innovative design.
