I’ve used this product since 1991. I LOVE Definicils! However, my last package delivered was smashed inside the big box it arrived in. Nothing was damaged, but i have 2nd thoughts now about buying from Macy’s, because you doo to just throw paid product into a box & mail it.

I love this lancome mascara. I use it on my lower lashes. It stays put and does not flake off. Also this travel size makeup remover is perfect for my trips. I use a larger size of it at home. It easily removes my makeup. It is not heady or oily on the skin. And it lasts a pretty long time. Definitely my favorite.

Been using these products for around 30 years, and thought I was lucky to catch the combo on sale. However, something is very wrong with the look of the eye makup remover liquid. It's cloudy, frothy, looks like there's stuff in it. Will have to return it, because it doesn't ever get clear like the bottle I use every day and the ones in my backstock. Didn't open either item, because the Bi-Facil obviously needs to be returned. My understanding is that the formula has not changed, so worried about a recall is coming for it. Glad I have enough Bi-facil backstock so I won't run out.
