Terrible communication

I have ordered the dress twice now. Both times the wrong size was sent. I communicated with a clerk online and was told to order the dress again--same size. Again, the wrong size was sent. I did the research, selected the dress 6 weeks before the event. Now, there is not enough time to get another replacement and Macy's won't/can't expedite the shipment. I'm starting over and placing an order elsewhere for a dress that is less suitable. Not happy.
