Zipper tough as nails; doesn't seem like a quality zipper. Not a fan of the color. I prefer lighter brown, but not offered. At first they were hard and horribly uncomfortable but after walking around in them for a while, the comfort grew. However I will return them because they are too tall. The boot cuts in behind my knee when I squat. Measured and used size chart but it was off. According to the chart I should have ordered 8.5, which I have never worn. I ordered 8 instead. My foot was very wide according to their chart, so I ordered wide, but I think I did not need to. Maybe more detailed measuring instructions are needed--even with a video. Pen or pencil size makes a big difference in drawing your foot, and whether your pen is straight up or at an angle will all greatly affect how the measurements come out.

I was kind of disappointed with this boot. I bought something for living in Europe. I need something super comfortable and I prefer shoes made of leather. So even though this was a bit pricey, I decided to get it. It came with a bit of damage, just a spot on the leather that was just colored. That was not a big deal mistakes happen. But it was not comfortable. So I returned them.
Boot is very comfortable, fit as expected based on size recommendation, and is very well made.
I haven't worn them yet, but I am pleased with them after having to return a previous pair in a different style. I like the heel height.
They are simply beautiful for the upcoming winter weather. Very comfortable ample room for thicker socks if you size up to slightly wider width still look feminine. Material is warm I’ve worn them once since purchasing. Looking forward to colder temps
I sized up a half size and these are just a little big but will be perfect with thicker socks.I ordered my usual.size 8.5, too, and they were too snug. Nice quality leather. I love the buckles! After a longstanding search for tall black leather boots, I finally found a beautiful pair, seemingly good quality, for a decent price.
I liked the style from the picture but was somewhat apprehensive about ordering. Turns out the boots were everything they appeared to be in the ad. Great style, good fit, well made and beautiful. Very happy with my purchase!
These boots are great in every way! Fit is perfect along with the height! They are so comfortable. I love that the zipper goes all the way to the bottom for easy entry.
