prints jpg files OK.........Prints emails but makes 2 to 3 copies not ordered. Cannot print spreadsheets via LIBRE software.

This is the worst printer I've ever owned. Loading paper in it is nearly impossible because it interprets the roll as jammed paper. Unless the load is completely perfect, it throws an error and is extremely slow to respond when "processing". I'll never buy one of these again.

I truly hate this printer. It keeps losing connection and takes hours to figure out what is the problem. 1st and last canon printer for me. Stay away.

First off this is the poor man’s version of a large format printer. I wish I had never wasted my hard earned money on this crap. Biggest piece of junk I’ve ever purchased. This printer is absolutely terrible. It takes 3-5 minutes to tell me THERE IS NO PAPER after loading a roll of paper. Absolutely frustrating. Load the roll again to waste another 5 minutes of my life. I’ve literally printed about 8-12 photos and the ink is already depleted. Worst is I have to call canon again to find out how to get the printer to see that THERE IS A ROLL LOADED. So frustrating.

We're quite happy with this printer (although we haven't tried the roll paper yet). It's easy to set up, print quality is very good, and it's surprisingly fast. So far we've only used sheet paper, 8.5 x 11 and 11 x 17 and that works great. I do wish the printer would accept Super B sized paper (13 x 19), but alas the paper guilds will only go out to 12".

14 months is all this printer lasted me. I have always been a HUGE fan of Canon printers. But not after this experience.

I bought this printer 4 months ago for a design job and it did very well. I design films and we had a ton of period graphics that needed scanned and others that we built that needed printed. It did an amazing job and I am thrilled with the output.

Great laser printer with fast duplex printing. Has many of the features of more expensive printers. Small footprint makes this a winner for the home office.

Quick prints , but there is no cancel print button and the procedure to cancel is cumbersome because the screen is very hard to read when printer is sitting on desk next to you.

I wanted a laser printer with a small footprint and easy on the budget, and this one really fit the bill. I only need black and white printing for patterns to trace for art projects, sewing, and recipes. I also wanted a laser printer so I could use it for image transfer projects. My husband has happily taken our other color Canon All- in-one printer up to his office. This printer was easy to set up and start using right away. It boasts quiet operation, fairly fast printing, and good quality prints. I can easily print from my iPad without having to install a driver. So far I’m very happy with my new printer!
