L'Occitane Volume and Strength Shampoo 16.90 fl oz

I have been a loyal loccitane customer for almost 20 years. They keep reformulating, and every time, the product gets worse. Since Theys swapped this product out on my subscriptions, my hair has been so disgusting. It simply doesn't rinse out, no matter how long I stand in the shower, how much I tussle, and how cold the water is. I end up with stringy, matted hair that feels grimy to the touch. It actually feels wet, hours after a shower. And never looks clean or healthy. I'm afraid I'll finally have to move on, which is heartbreaking because this brand is the only one I've consistently used/liked for decades, despite spotty customer service and ever-degrading products. This is the last straw - or string?

Perfect for my type of hair texture! If you have dull, thin hair this is perfect; it gives your hair volume. The smell is rosemary, which is hit or miss for some people, but I love it!
