Polo Ralph Lauren Women's Polo Bear Oversized Crewneck Sweater

The package arrived quickly, but that is where the good news ends. The sweater was packed in a plain plastic bag instead of a box. When I opened it, I was shocked and terribly disappointed to find the sweater in awful condition. There were noticeable traces of foundation makeup on it, and it was clearly not fresh and had a strong odor—it felt as though it had already been worn by someone else. Extremely disappointed that such an expensive item arrives in such horrible condition. Terrible service!
